Refund policy


 

At Align Posture™, we offer a 60-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
    - Custom or personalized products
    - Personal care goods (such as hygiene or beauty products)
    - Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • - Opened or used posture correctors

If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us before requesting a return.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

The item must still be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, in its original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
